Q. What types of payment do you accept in store?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheque or cash payments.
Q. Do you take payments online?
A. Unfortunately we do not take payments through our website at present however we can take payments over the phone or in store.
Q. Can I pay cash on delivery?
A. A deposit of 25% or your order must first be paid before your flooring is ordered in however the remainder can be paid in cash to the fitter on the day once the flooring has been fitted.
Q. When does the balance need to be paid?
A. The balance can be paid by cash or cheque to the fitter on the day or can be paid by phone or in store at any point before the fitting day.
Q. Do you give free estimates?
A. Yes, we can come to your home to measure and give a free, no obligation estimate. We can also bring samples for you to look at while we measure.
Q. Can you pay up your order in instalments?
A. Yes, you can pay up your order in instalments before having it fitted. Payments can be made whenever suits you, there is no set amount or date.
Q. What are your delivery charges?
A. Delivery is free within 15 miles of Mauchline. Outwith these areas the delivery charge will vary depending on the distance.
Q. When will my flooring be delivered?
A. If you have chosen supply only without fitting, our salesman will call you to arrange a delivery date once your flooring arrives in store. If fitting is included with your order, our salesman will arrange a suitable date for fitting and your flooring will arrive with our fitter on the day.
Q. Do you uplift and remove the old carpet before fitting?
A. We provide a carpet uplift and disposal service if needed. This service is provided at a charge of £20 per area.
Q. Can you give an exact time for the fitters arrival?
A. Our fitter makes every effort to keep to a schedule however scheduling an exact time for fitting can be difficult as the length of time it takes to complete any job can only be estimated. Therefore, when our fitter has a number of jobs to complete in a day this can sometimes cause a delay. If there is a considerable time delay between your appointment and our fitter arriving we will do our best to let you know.
